Call To Silence is a study on the nature of solitude and what it means to be alone. Several things inspired this train of thought: the events in the early years of this decade which denied many the opportunity of company, and a situation in Asha Patera‘s personal life which caused him to reflect on this notion. It was whilst examining this that the music began to take shape – appropriately some of the pieces were free form, some far more structured which fits the concept nicely.
